REGISTRATION FEES (registration is closed)

Important Notice:

Abstract submission and conference registration for NUMTA 2026 are now closed. Please refer exclusively to this official NUMTA website, for all conference information and updates. The official deadlines for abstract submission and registration have already passed.

Please be aware that various third-party websites may list or promote NUMTA without authorization and may display outdated or incorrect information regarding submissions, registration, deadlines, or participation. Examples include websites such as International Conference Info, All International Conference, and Conference Alerts.

The NUMTA Organizing Committee is not responsible for the content published on external websites. The official NUMTA website is the only authoritative source of information concerning the NUMTA event.

Regular registration (in-person)

Regular fee: Euro 430

BSc/MSc/PhD Students fee (a certificate in pdf will be required during the payment): Euro 360

Accompanying person: Euro 120

Late registration (in-person)

after APRIL 1, 2026, and by MAY 18, 2026

Late fee: Euro 580

BSc/MSc/PhD Students fee (a certificate in pdf will be required during the payment): Euro 500

Accompanying person: Euro 150

Registration fee for virtual participation

Euro 300 to be paid by May 18, 2026 (strict deadline)

For each accepted abstract, at least one registration fee should be paid (one presentation – one fee).

Please note that any banking fees are to be borne by the participants: for online payments, a commission of 2.75% of the total amount due will apply; for payments made by bank transfer, any fees charged by the bank must be fully covered by the payer. A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be sent to the NUMTA Secretariat at numta2026(at)dimes.unical.it. If the amount received is lower than the required fee, participants will be asked to pay the outstanding balance.

For administrative reasons, registration fees are non-refundable.

We apologize that we cannot accept payment on site during the Conference.

Children younger than 14 years old on the conference start date do not pay the accompanying person registration fee.

For participants, each registration fee covers:

Special accommodation rates (valid until May 18, 2026)
Inclusion in the online book of abstracts (with ISBN)
Participation in all presentations, the welcome cocktail, and coffee breaks
Conference kit
Publication in the NUMTA2026 LNCS proceedings*
*(subject to acceptance of the paper following the regular peer-review process)

Very important

Falkensteiner Garden Calabria resort requires that for participants (and their accompanying persons) with no-stay
at the resort the entrance at the Conference venue is allowed with daily Passes only (40-70 euros per day): please check the ACCOMMODATION page for more details. 

Transportation options from the few nearby accommodations are limited and will not be arranged by the organizers. We therefore recommend carefully considering alternative accommodation options from both a logistical and a financial perspective.
