For each accepted abstract, at least one registration fee should be paid (one presentation – one fee).

The University’s online system for the registration fee payment accepts Visa/MasterCard credit cards only. The credit card processing fee (TBD) must be paid by the participant.

Bank transfers can also be accepted. If paying by bank transfer one should ensure to cover any expenses related to this payment and send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the NUMTA secretariat at numta2026@dimes.unical.it

 Due to the administrative reasons, the registration fee is not refundable.

We apologize that we cannot accept payment in loco during the Conference.

Children under TBD years old do not pay the accompanying registration fee.

For participants, each registration fee covers:

Participation at all the presentations, welcome cocktail, and coffee-breaks

Publication in the NUMTA2026 LNCS proceedings*

Falkensteiner Garden Calabria resort requires that for participants (and their accompanying persons) with no-stay
at the resort the entrance at the Conference venue is allowed with daily Passes only (40-60 euros per day): please check the ACCOMMODATION page for more details.
