registration fee<br \/>should be paid (one presentation \u2013 one fee).<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">After acceptance, the authors can submit their short or long papers<br \/>for the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.numta.org\/numta2019\/lncs-proceedings\/\">LNCS Conference Proceedings<\/a><\/u>.<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Publication of the NUMTA2019 LNCS volume is planned after
